Slide forward
Function: The forward sliding step is a footwork used to cooperate with various boxing techniques to strike forward, or as a footwork to find a suitable distance from the opponent and make oneself in a favorable position on the stage.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, first slide the left foot forward and then follow up with the right foot, keeping the original position and distance between the two feet.
Essentials: When you start to move forward, raise your left foot slightly, push your right foot backwards at the same time, and move both feet forward while maintaining the original distance. At this time, the upper body maintains the original posture, and the projection of the body's center of gravity always falls between the feet.
Note: ①Slide forward while wiping the ground, don't jump or jump up. ②Keep the original posture and distance after sliding, and keep your feet away.
Back slide
Role: Backward sliding is the footwork of defensive and counterattack.
Action: Start with the basic posture, slide your right foot back one step, and then follow up with your left foot, keeping your feet in the original basic posture and distance.
Essentials: When sliding backward, lift your right foot slightly and push your left foot forward with a short elastic force. The step length of the back slide is the same as the front slide.
Slide left
Function: This is a combined footwork of moving to the left.
Action: Slide the left sole of the left foot to the left side, and slide the right foot to keep the original posture.
Essentials: At the beginning of the action, lift the left foot slightly, push the ground to the right with the elastic force of the right foot, and push the body to move to the left. Wipe the floor when sliding, not jumping.
Slide right
Function: Cooperate with the footwork that flashes to the right.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, first slightly lift the right foot, while using the elastic force of the left foot to push the ground to the left, push the right foot to slide a step to the right.
Essentials: Same as the left sliding step, but in the opposite direction. When sliding to the left, in order to keep the body's center of gravity stable after moving, when sliding your feet on the ground, you should pay attention to the outer edge of the sole of the foot first to avoid the body from moving too much and losing balance.
Sprint
Function: It is used for the footwork of long-distance hitting left straight fist.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, slightly lift the left heel, push the right foot backwards with a short and fast elastic force, then sprint forward with the left foot a step further, and then follow up with the right foot to maintain the original distance.
Essentials: This footwork is stronger than the forward sliding step when pushing the ground, and the sliding distance is also relatively long, generally 50 to 70 cm.
When sliding in, the body's center of gravity is slightly moved forward to increase the speed of the impact.
Step back
Function: It is the footwork of sliding backwards quickly away from the opponent.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, push the front foot hard on the ground, and slide the hind foot backwards quickly. When the hind foot lands on the ground, the front foot will quickly follow up, and the body's center of gravity will move to the left foot with the backward sliding.
Slide forward
Function: It is the footwork of attacking the opponent with a straight fist from a long distance.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, slide the left foot into half a step first, then follow up with the right foot and touch the ground close to the inside of the right foot; when the right foot touches the ground, press the ground quickly, and then sprint forward with the left foot at the same time. step.
Essentials: When the left foot slides in for the first time, the stride should not be too large, and the right foot should follow the ground and push the ground quickly without any pause in the middle.
Note: There should be no obvious fluctuations in the body during the action.
Slide back and step
Function: In actual combat or in the case of the opponent pounces in the game, it is a footwork that quickly retreats and steps together and can cooperate with the left straight fist.
Action: Starting from the basic posture, first slide your right foot back one step, then move your left foot back and land on the inside of your right foot. When the left foot hits the ground, the right foot quickly slides back a big step, while the left foot heels up again, still maintaining the original position.
Essentials: When the right foot slides back for the first step, the stride should not be too large. The landing action of the first step of the left sliding back is the kicking action of the second step, and the action should be coherent.
Note: When sliding back, the upper body cannot be reclined.
Step left
Role: This footwork is to find gaps and opportunities for attacking when confronting each other. In order to dodge the opponent from being hit, the opponent's rapid straight line attack is invalidated, and the punch is thrown into the air.
Action: When sliding to the left, press your right foot on the ground, and slide your left foot diagonally forward. After landing, your right foot quickly follows up in the same direction. With the movement of your feet, your body's center of gravity moves diagonally forward from its original position. Move, keep the basic posture while moving.
Note: When practicing, pay attention to the arc-shaped route, and do not go straight along the horizontal line.
Step right
Function: It is the same as the leftward circle, but the direction is opposite.
Left flash step
Function: It is the footwork of preparing to fight back after dodge left.
Movement: Starting from the basic posture, using the right foot as the axis, move the right heel 45 degrees to the right, suddenly turn the body to the left, change the direction, and move the left foot back quickly.
Essentials: The waist and hip strength must be used when turning.
Note: When the opponent punches my head with a straight punch, use this flash step, and while turning the body, use a left straight punch to meet the opponent's head.
Right flash step
Function: Same as left flash step, opposite direction.
Movement: Starting from the basic posture, take the left foot as the axis, move the heel 45o to the left, suddenly turn the body to the right and change the direction, and quickly follow the right foot to the left to form the basic posture.
